Women In Construction + CMSO

The Construction Management Student Organization is committed to recognizing the growth of the female workforce in the construction industry. Since 2020, the CMSO has hosted WIC Week to support women in the industry.

WIC Week 2023

Unity in Diversity Multinational Women F

2023 was our biggest year yet! The CMSO provided students with different events to attend with many great speakers. Students won prizes for actively participating and playing "BINGO" by attending three or more events.

WIC Week 2022

In 2022, the CMSO was able to host a variety of topics for discussion. Students also were provided with the opportunity to network with over 15 companies throughout this week of events.

WIC Week 2021

This virtual year did not stop the CMSO from hosting two virtual jobsite tours and a panel. Despite being online, these events were able to connect students to the female industry professionals.

WIC Week 2020

This was the first year the CMSO hosted a Women In Construction Week at the University. This first WIC Week consisted of a series of five events open to all to learn about the industry.
