Fall Career Fair Week
September 15th - September 19th, 2025
The CMSO has organized many events throughout the week leading up to the career fair. All of these events are designed to help you get prepared and feel confident the day companies come to town. Mark your calendars for the upcoming career fair to be held on Friday September 19th, 2025.

Be Prepared
What to Wear?
Dress is business professional. NO jeans, sneakers, or casual clothing. This event is different than the typical jeans and polo you may think of for construction. Your dress attire should make you feel confident and comfortable. Check out Gabe's or the Career Development Center Closet for affordable options.
Bring Your Resume!
Bring an updated copy of your resume with you. Any work experience you have ever had is more valuable than you may think. If you think you've printed enough copies, print more. We recommend a minimum of 15. If you need any help with your resume, be sure to attend the resume builder workshops leading up to the career fair.
Research the Companies
Do some research on the companies attending. Get an idea of the work they do, company values, and where they are located. This will help you have a better conversation with the representative and can help you determine if this is someone you want to work for.
Explore the list below to see what some companies have to offer. Employers on this list are either past or current attendees. For an updated list of this year's attendees, please visit the Spring 2024 - Construction Management Career Fair event on Handshake.
