Students spent Fall 2018 creating a home development on a 152-acre plot of land in Coweta, Oklahoma. This proposal included a market analysis of the area, land development plans for the site, home renderings, a comprehensive sales and financial plan, and a sustainability plan for the development.
In February 2019 these students went to Las Vegas for the International Builders Show to present their project to a panel of judges. After a successful presentation, our team received 7th out of 37 teams. This placement is the highest we have received for this competition!
